Carey Jones is the coauthor of Be Your Own Bartender. She also author Brooklyn Bartender and was managing editor of Serious Eats. She lives in Sonoma County, California.

John McCarthy is the coauthor of Be Your Own Bartender. A mixologist and also a spirits writer, he has appeared on Good Morning America, Today.com, and elsewhere. He lives in Sonoma County, California.

J. Kenji López-Alt is a chef, parent, and New York Times best-selling author of The Food Lab, The Wok and Every Night Is Pizza Night.
