Founder and CEO of Authentic Strengths Advantage�, Author and Executive Coach, Fatima Doman enriches client engagements with her educational and cultural background. She has spent a good deal of time as a professional abroad. In fact, during her previous 20 years as an executive coach Fatima has worked on every continent except Antarctica. She speaks Portuguese, Spanish and French. Fatima’s clients value the unique perspective she brings to a business climate that becomes more global every day. Fatima is passionate about coaching executives to measurably succeed by leveraging strengths to enhance: positive leadership, performance, emotional intelligence, transitions, succession planning and developing executive vitality through whole life balance.
