Russian Paleography Series aims to providing valuable reference sources for those interested in the history of Russian and Church-Slavonic languages. The works in the series are usually hard to find even in Russian language. Despite the fact that most of them were first published over a century ago they still remain valuable reference books in the field. The current Volume was originally published under the title: Сборник снимков с русского письма XI—XVIII вв., под ред. И. Ф. Колесникова.
