Follow her on her journey as she battles with cerebral palsy, low self-esteem, and attempts to overcome the obstacle of growing up in a home full of domestic violence. "I lay there still as possible with my eyes closed, but I could hear every word. The argument wasn't about me but as usual I became the target. I could hear my mom say "Calvin be quiet before you wake my kids." My dad would say in return, "Fuck her, she ain't sleep." I never opened my eyes but I knew he was talking about me."
