Erum Shaikh is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Business Administration, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University Benazirabad, Sanghar Campus, Pakistan. She is a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Sindh, Jamshoro, Pakistan. Her research direction is CSR, Organizational study, and quantitative and qualitative methods.

With a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Economic Development from Alpen Adria University, Klagenfurt, Austria, Dr. Tunio has established himself as a leading authority in his field.
