: Mindy-Lee: Crouch is married to a long-haul truck driver and a mother of two. Upon retiring after 20 years in the United States Air Force, she completed her bachelor's degree in English with a focus on writing then earned her masters degree in Herbal Medicine. She also writes a blog to break out the basics of what herbs can do and how. She rows all the plants she writes books about. Her other loves are poetry and spiritual development which she shares with the public in hopes of helping others on a similar path.
