As one of the Human Rights Campaign's former key representatives, Donna Payne-Hardy worked for 16 years, closely with Civil Rights organizations across the country to strategically increase visibility of the LGBTQ+ community within the Religious and People of Color communities and was instrumental in fighting for Marriage Equality. She is the Founder of HRC's Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Program and a Co-Founder of the National Black Justice Collective. Donna also worked for 8 yrs at the Federal Reserve Board to integrate her practices in community engagement as a DEI/EEO Specialist.
