Dianne Scaffidi was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She was raised in a Christian home. It was there she learned to walk with God throughout her life. As a young adult, Dianne married and later had two children. Just when she thought life couldn't get any better, she became a grandma. Her grandchildren are the love of her life. She loves animals and music. She is a registered nurse. Most of her career she worked in intensive care units, and presently she works in a PACU (post-anesthesia care unit). She has dedicated her life to helping her patients physically and psychologically, either through healing or on their last journey of life. She feels it is an honor to be a nurse and wouldn't have chosen another profession. Dianne further wanted to touch people through her writing. Life always gives us lessons to learn. What better way to learn but through a book.
