Russ received his A.A.S. in Police Science from Thomas Nelson Community College in Hampton, VA, his B.A. in Biblical Studies from Ohio Valley College in Parkersburg, WV, his M.A. in Biblical Counseling from the American Christian Bible College and Graduate School of Religion in West Monroe, LA and his Ph.D. in Christian Counseling Psychology from the Christian Bible College and Seminary in Independence, MO. Russ has been married to Cindy for 42 years, the father of two children and grandfather to four grandchildren.
