Here you’ll find a collection of the poetry that I have written predominately over the past year. but previous years too. My intention behind this book is for the poetry within to support you as you guide yourself back to who you truly are, to encourage you to love yourself through whatever internal weather you may be growing through, to help you balance the mind, body and soul through vulnerably expressing myself from a place of authenticity and personal truth. I openly speak of mental illness and my own healing journey as I dance into reclamation of who I truly am after years of being crippled by disabling depression, ptsd and a suicidal mind. I openly write of the collective awakening in consciousness as well as the collective amnesia. Writing has become my saviour and has shown me that the medicine I've needed has been within me all along, I intend to remind you that you too are your own medicine, there is no key to find, but your heart to open as you let whom you have always known yourself to be settle into your skin.
