Are you living day-to-day, going about your routine and checking off your list, yet feeling tired, dull, and ordinary? Well, you were made to shine! Through April Rodgers art of storytelling you'll be reminded that God's light is within you. No matter what you're doing or where you're at, He can shine through you. Made to Shine is a daily devotional based on Jesus' instructions in Matthew 5:16 to reflect the light of Jesus in all that we do. These 90 short devotions will restore the light of purpose to your life, energize you with passion, fill your heart with joy and inspire hope. Each day you will spend time with God with a brief devotional thought, a key scripture from the Bible, and a simple guided prayer focusing on how much God truly loves you, how much He delights in you, and how eager He is to refresh you with His light so you can radiate His love to those around you. You'll be empowered as women of faith to creatively carry His light wherever you go. Whether it be in the workplace, the classroom, the car pickup line, the gym, the restaurant, or in your home, you are called to let your light shine in all of these places so that others are attracted to the only thing that matters: a relationship with the one true God. Now is the time to let it shine! Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven. Matthew 5:16 NIV
