Tracy Hewitt Meyer is an award-winning author of young adult thriller and contemporary fiction. She doesn't shy away from tough topics that teens face such as mental illness, domestic violence, self-harm, and pregnancy, but her characters always tackle tough life events with resilience and hope. When not writing, Tracy is a mental health therapist, working with adults and couples. She is a member of SCBWI, the Virginia Writer's Club, and International Thriller Writers. Tracy lives in the mid-Atlantic region with her family and pups, Lila and Leonard.
