Caleb J. Keith is Director of Institutional Improvement at Indiana University- Purdue University Indianapolis. He is Director of Professional Development for the Assessment Institute in Indianapolis, Associate Editor of Assessment Update, a Producer of the Leading Improvements in Higher Education podcast, and an Editor of the Journal of Student Affairs Inquiry.
