Being a woman is no easy feat. Add the role of motherhood, and you might as well put on a superhero cape. Whether career-focused or a stay-at-home mom, our plates are often overflowing. As a busy wife, mother, small business owner, and author, Dr. Jade L. Ranger shares valuable and inspirational insights on how to pursue a healthy, balanced life while juggling it all. This part self-help book, part memoir takes a candid look at the real-life struggles associated with Superwoman Syndrome, managing anxiety, and coping with the everyday stressors so many women face in the modern world. Dr. Ranger also highlights how these challenges are often amplified for women of color. Readers are invited to dive into conversations that may sound familiar. These are the same honest discussions you might have with close girlfriends or quiet thoughts you have kept to yourself. No matter where you are in your life's journey, this book offers relatable guidance and encouragement for women at every stage. Written in a conversational tone, Dr. Ranger draws heavily from her own life experiences. Her goal is for women to feel seen, uplifted, and reminded that they are not alone in their daily struggles. All guidance shared is faith-based and rooted in a Christian perspective.
