David Griswold graduated from Yale with a BA in English and a writing concentration in poetry, earning the Frederick M. Clapp fellowship for his original poetic works. He is the author of My Zoo, A Book of Feelings; Mother, What is the Moon?, Fur & Feather Stand Together, and Letters to Never Send Santa. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The works of Mexico City artist Luis San Vicente have been exhibited in Mexico, Venezuela, Europe, and the U.S. He has won UNESCO’s prestigious NOMA Encouragement Concours Prize for Illustration. UNESCO honored his work (1997, 1998, and 1999) in their prestigious Youth and Children’s Catalog of Illustrations.
