Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Keith B. Hall is Director of the Mineral Law Institute and is a Professor of Energy Law at Louisiana State University in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he teaches mineral law and energy law. Previously, he was a member of Stone Pigman Walther Wittmann in New Orleans, with a practice focusing on oil and gas law, environmental law, and toxic tort litigation.

Hannah J. Wiseman is a Professor at Florida State University College of Law in Tallahassee, Florida. She writes and teaches in the areas of energy law and policy, oil and gas law, land use law, and environmental law, drawing together concepts from these fields to analyze creative regulatory approaches to shale gas and oil and renewable energy development, among other areas.
