Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Daniel A. Edelman, of Chicago, is a 1976 graduate of the University of Chicago Law School and a member of the firm Edelman, Combs, Latturner & Goodwin, LLC. Virtually all of his practice involves litigation on behalf of consumers. He is the author or coauthor of numerous publications on class actions and consumer protection law. Mr. Edelman is also a frequent speaker on consumer law topics for various legal organizations including the Chicago Bar Association, the National Consumer Law Center's Consumer Rights Litigation Conference, and the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education, and he has testified on behalf of consumers before the Federal Trade Commission and the Illinois legislature.
