Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Dr. Arin N. Reeves is the author of The Next IQ: The Next Level of Intelligence for 21st Century Leaders (ABA, 2012) and has been featured on NPR for her work on women of color in the legal profession. She is cited often as an expert in leadership and inclusion in workplaces.
Arin is the President of Nextions, a consulting firm, and previously was the President of The Athens Group, a consulting firm that specialized primarily on the inclusion aspect of talent management. Arin attended law school at University of Southern California and received her Ph.D. in Sociology from Northwestern University. She lives in Chicago, IL.
