Susan Dishell grew up in Detroit, Michigan. She studied literature and creative writing at the University of Michigan and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University. Susan has written many vivid tales and imaginative works. She is now ready to share the Little Buddha and send him out into the world. The Little Buddha originated out of Susan's love and appreciation of art and illustration created especially for children. This delightful, colorful character inspires both children and adults alike with his universal messages of compassion, love and light. Susan, a fine arts dealer, currently lives in Santa Monica, CA with her favorite Little Buddha framed upon the wall. "I tend to view life through a humorous lens with a compassionate tint."
