Theresa Beiner is the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Nadine Baum Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. Scott Bauries is the Robert G. Lawson Associate Professor of Law at the University of Kentucky College of Law.
