Dr. Rabin is a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of experience in partnering with clients to improve leadership and organizational performance. He actively trains and supervises consultants active in the field of executive development and leadership. Gustavo teaches at Stanford University and leads personal and professional development workshops at Esalen Institute.
