Marjorie Schiering is a professor at Molloy College, hospital chaplain, international presenter on teaching/learning/motivation, published author of character development, and cognition/metacogntion skill building.

Drew Bogner is president and professor of education at Molloy College and an international presenter on cognition.

Jorun Buli-Holmberg is associated professor at the University of Oslo, Faculty of Education and has published books and articles related to inclusive education and metacognition.

Drew Bogner is president and professor of education at Molloy College in Rockville Centre, New York. Jorun Buli-Holmberg has 20 years of experience teaching at different levels from pre-school to high school with 15 years at the University level in Oslo, Norway and is an active, published researcher on inclusive education and meta-cognition.
