The most popular/recommended bullet journal by fans is published by Leuchtturm1917. Bullet journaling is a simple organizational method which uses small icons to represent daily tasks and how they are to be handled. You can learn more about it at bulletjournal.com Bullet journaling has expanded to include complex ‘spreads’ shared on social media - graphical or chart images drawn across the dot grids which can represent things like mood tracking, weight loss or tasks completed.
