Jason L. Snyder, PhD, received his PhD in Communication Sciences from the University of Connecticut in 2007. He is currently an Associate Professor at Central Connecticut State University, where he teaches managerial communication. His research on workplace email privacy was awarded the 2011 Article of the Year award from the Journal of Business Communication. Dr. Snyder is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators, Association for Business Communication, and National Communication Association. Dr. Snyder is also a partner in Zimpal Group, a communications consulting firm.
Robert Forbus, PhD has worked with for-profit and not-for- profit organizations, providing them with marketing and communications expertise for nearly 30 years. He holds a PhD in Marketing Communications from the University of Connecticut. Furthermore, he is an Associate Professor of Marketing at Southern Connecticut State University, where he teaches both graduate and undergraduate courses. He is also a partner in Zimpal Group, a communications consulting firm, and a member of the American Marketing Association.
