Jacqueline Witter-Easley, Ed.D, is an associate professor of education at Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Prior to becoming a professor, Jacqueline spent five years teaching at the primary level in Lutheran elementary schools. More recently, she worked for several years as an assistant children's librarian at her local public library. She is a state certified reading specialist.
