Parisian painter Marie Laurencin and the famous French poet Guillaume Apollinaire paint an elaborate portrait of heart-breaks, unforgettable past experiences and unrealized dreams. The main character Marie loves her fiancé Woobin dearly, playfully calling him "my Apollinaire." They live an idyllic life together, but their passion is short-lived. Woobin dies in a tragic accident and Marie must return from France to face Woobin's family and rebuild her shattered life.
