David Rye (Scottsdale, AZ) is president of Western Publications and has a long career of coaching and motivational teaching. He was the founder of Computech Company (later First Bank Services Corporation) and a director of IBM. Currently he is a consultant, teaching managers how to motivate and inspire their employees.
