Dr. James W. Hall III is Clinical Professor and Associate Chair in the Department of Communicative Disorders at the University of Florida in Gainesville, where he maintains a clinical practice and is an instructor in the Doctor of Audiology on-site and distance learning programs. De Wet Swanepoel, PhD, is an Associate Professor and clinical research audiologist at the Department of Communication Pathology, University of Pretoria, South Africa, and Adjunct Professor at the University of Texas at Dallas, Callier Center for Communication Disorders.
