Venki Krishnamoorthy is an author, speaker, and SAP ERP HCM/SuccessFactors talent management solutions subject matter expert. He is currently an independent consultant specializing in SAP ERP HCM/SuccessFactors implementations. He has over 12 years of experience as a functional lead and project manager/program manager in the HCM space. Venki’s area of implementation specialization includes E-Recruiting, Learning Solutions (LMS), Performance Management, Goals Administration, Succession Planning, and Nakisa. Alexandra Carvalho is the head of analytics at BI Group Australia and an SAP Mentor focused on applying cutting edge technologies in the business intelligence and data visualization space.
