Tobias G tz holds a degree in industrial engineering. After graduating from university, he joined a global strategic consulting firm in D sseldorf, Germany, where he was responsible for managing strategic IT projects. Since 2001, he has been working in the logistics area at SAP AG in Walldorf, Germany. In March 2004, he became the leader of a team that focuses on knowledge transfer in IT projects within the supply-chain-management environment. Since 2006, he has been responsible for the business development of SAP solutions for RFID in Europe. Sasan Safai works in the field services department at SAP, where he's in charge of customer projects in the RFID environment. In the past four years, RFID technology has been his main focus of interest. Before joining SAP, he supported a leading California-based company in developing RFID middleware. Sasan Safai's master's thesis describes the commercial use and integration of this technology and also deals with questions regarding security and data protection. Philipp Beer is a student at the University of Cooperative Education in Mannheim, Germany, in the International Business Information Technology department and has worked at SAP for the past two years. While working in xApps application development and in the mySAP CRM area, he gathered a great deal of experience with new technologies. Philipp Beer is currently working in the field services department in Palo Alto, CA, where he focuses on rollout processes and the implementation of an information landscape for SAP Auto-ID Infrastructure.
