A
Aurora Borealis It is a beautiful and clear night in the Boundary Waters. I carefully pick my way through the dark, away from the dying campfire, and lie flat on my back on a rock overlooking the calm lake. Overhead I see shimmering red, green, yellow and white lights dancing in the northern sky. It is a brilliant laser light show put on by Mother Nature. I watch with wonder and amazement as these lights flash and glow.
B
Blueberries A black bear with a purple smile gobbles blueberries on a sunny southern-facing hillside. Bears love blueberries and can eat as many as 30,000 berries a day!
