This program presents yoga instructor Gurutei Kaur, who leads the viewer through a series of yogic exercises that are designed to release energy blocks in the body's chakra system. Yoga philosophy teaches that the body has seven chakras that control both physical and spiritual health. The 16 asanas demonstrated here are said to break up congestion in the system, and promote radiant health. The program also includes healing chants to enhance the results of the student's practice.
