Lei-da Chen, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems and Technology in the College of Business Administration of Creighton University. Dr. Chen received his Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from The University of Memphis. Gordon W. Skelton, Ph.D. is an adjunct faculty member of the School of Engineering, Department of Computer Engineering at Jackson State University. Prior to joining Jackson State, Dr. Skelton was an adjunct professor with the University of Mississippi's Jackson Engineering Graduate Program in Computer Engineering and Telecommunications.
