Although "The Riddle of Existence" is neither a memoir nor a journal, the incidents recounted within this collection of author Chuck Frost's short stories are based upon actual events. Most are biographical. Yet a large portion is the observed life experiences of others. Many unrelated events have been intermingled and juxtaposed as a collage -- overstated or understated, compressed in time, or expanded in scope in searching for universal truth. Therefore, all must be classed as fiction. Good reading.
