George H Weber has contributed to Boxcar as an author.Weber holds a Ph.D. from the University of Kansas, and has trained in psychology and psychoanalytic therapy. He has had a dual career - in human service practice and academia - heading Minnesota's institutions for delinquents and youthful offenders, serving as Executive Secretary of President Kennedy's Committee on Youth Employment, and working as Deputy Director of NIMH's Division of Special Mental Health Programs.
