ALL OR NOTHING'S spunky heroine Roberta "Bobbie" Richardson is only looking for a mechanic to help her take on more repair jobs to keep the family auto repair business alive. What she gets is Justin Hastings, a man who once worked for the business before he broke Bobbie's heart by leaving Oak Mills to join the Marine Corps fifteen years ago.

Justin offers to retake his old mechanic's job and also offers to help Roberta snare a lucrative repair contract with his friend Dale Courtland. In return, he asks Bobbie to enter a marriage of "in-convenience" to help gain permanent custody of his motherless daughter. A daughter who has grown from a sweet little girl into a mouthy Madonna clone

ber die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Barbara Sheridan has always loved books and creating stories in her imagination, but it wasn't until she read Anne Rice's classic "Interview With the Vampire" that the writing bug first bit.

A million words or so later, Ms Sheridan received THE CALL. Her debut novel TIMELESS WISH was the April 1999 release in the Jove Time Passages Line. While a little part of her goes into each of her heroines, Ms. Sheridan has a certain fondness for (and bears a bit of a resemblance to) the cynical, sometimes sarcastic, always plucky Bobbie Richardson of ALL OR NOTHING.

Ms. Sheridan lives in Pittsburgh with her two daughters and loves to hear from readers.
