Susan Waggoner has written numerous fiction and non-fiction books. With Robert Markel she is the author of Cocktail Hour and Vintage Cocktails. She lives in New York City. Robert Markel is an independent literary agent and book packager. He previously served as senior vice president and editor-in-chief at Grosset and Dunlap, and vice president and editor-in-chief at Macmillan. He lives in New York City.
