John Charles Boylan, PhD, is Assistant Chair of the Graduate Program in Counseling and Psychology at Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He maintains a private practice that specializes in individual, marital, and sex therapy.
Patrick B. Malley, PhD, is a licensed psychologist and Professor Emeritus of the Department of Psychology at the University of Pittsburgh, where he served as Associate Chair of the Department of Psychology, and taught the required ethical courses in the program. He is also author of Legal and Ethical Dimensions for Mental Health Professionals.
Eileen Petty Reilly, MEd, is a school counselor and co-author of Legal and Ethical Dimensions for Mental Health Professionals.
