".absolutely worth owning if you sew."--The Creative Machine Newsletter.

You love to sew. Why, then, do the clothes you make always bind or gap somewhere, have shoulders and armholes that line up poorly, and never follow the body's contours as they should? The fault lies not with your skills but with the patterns themselves: they're cut to an industry standard that most people just don't conform to. These user-friendly techniques will enable you to alter any pattern so that the finished product fits flawlessly and flatters the body. Find out how to take accurate measurements and compare them with the patterns from six popular companies, create a perfect master pattern and adjust the major pieces to suit your shape. Everything you sew will look sensational! A Selection of Crafters Choice.
