Evangelist RV Brown is founder and President of Outreach to America s Youth, Inc. (O.T.A.Y.). RV is a native of Cayce, South Carolina. He is the sixteenth of seventeen brothers and sisters. He attended Airport High School, where he lettered in five sports. RV received his Bachelor of Science degree from South Carolina State University. He played football all four years. He received certificates of training from Community Intervention, Inc., Minneapolis, Minnesota. He also received a certificate from Morehouse School of Medicine on drug abuse in the community.RV accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior in November 1977. In 1988 the Lord called RV into full-time evangelism and gave him the vision to found Outreach to America s Youth, Inc. RV travels throughout the nation and abroad preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. He carries the message of O.T.A.Y. to churches, prisons, retreats, camps, conferences, and college campuses.
