The very first thing we need to establish is that the universe is all energy. We are energy, energetic streams of consciousness that have chosen to manifest in physical form at this time. We travel through many lifetimes to achieve this development. It is all for the greater good and the continued expansion of the entire universe.

Reincarnation to earth is one way in which we learn and grow into the ascension process, coming back time and time again to the earth to learn lessons and be of service. We return to the material plane repeatedly to learn from human experience, but you can also ascend through work done in energetic worlds while still living the human experience.
