During his early years it seemed unlikely that he would do anything significant in life. Then at the age of 17 he began a relentless study of individuals who had found purpose, meaning and success. This pursuit developed into a passion to share what he was learning with others.

His experiences in life and constant quest for principles that produce real results, prepared him to share these principles with people from all walks of life. From playing drums in rock bands, to shop work on an assembly line, then sold fire extinquishers door to door to businesses, spent time in the ministry, a staff counselor at a home for juvenile delinquents, was a sales director for a local magazine, then a president of a corporation. For years he also hosted a weekly television show on an ABC affiliate and a daily radio program. Larry moved on to speak to audiences nationally and internationaloy as he has continued to do for the past ten years. He has become a sought after resource for personal and professional development.

Larry's mission is to give people principles that will help them discover and live from the inspiration of their purpose, create breakthroughs, and go on to make their dreams a reality.
