Gina Guddat, the primary writer behind "Unwrapped," is the founder and executive director of F.I.T. Decisions Foundation and the Girls Only Conferences. As a writer, speaker, fitness instructor, and personal trainer, Gina has been involved in teaching women and teen girls about health and wellness since 1985. F.I.T. Decisions Foundation exists to educate and motivate teens to pursue total physical, social, emotional, and spiritual fitness. In its work with girls, the Foundation has discovered that many teens have the same questions about sex and now, "Unwrapped" has the answers.
