In The Secret, Debbie, a struggling leader finds herself about to lose her job due to poor performance. In a desperate attempt to save her career, she enrolls in a new mentoring program offered by her company. Much to her surprise, Debbie finds her mentor is the president of the company (Jeff Brown). Über die Autorinnen und Autoren
Ken Blanchard is Chief Spiritual Officer of The Ken Blanchard Companies. He is the coauthor of more than forty books, including the classic The One Minute Manager (with Spencer Johnson), Leading at a Higher Level, Full Steam Ahead! (with Jesse Stoner) and The Secret (with Mark Miller).
Mark R. Miller (Tyler, Texas) is Professor of Industrial Technology and coordinator of that section of the Department of HRD & Technology at the University of Texas at Tyler. Dr. Miller teaches courses in construction for future middle managers and has authored or co-authored more than 35 technical books and many technical articles.
