Über die Autorinnen und Autoren

 Ali Farghaly is a senior member of technical staff at Oracle USA, where he is responsible for maintaining Oracle&;s knowledge base and linguistic engine. He designed and developed the SYSTRAN Arabic-to-English machine translation.
 
 
 


Ali Farghaly held several positions in high tech companies including Systran software Inc. and Oracle USA. Currently he is a visiting professor of Computational Linguistics at the Department of Computer Science of Faculty of Computers and Information at Cairo University. He also teaches Arabic linguistics at Monterey Institute of International Studies, Monterey, California.
