Inhaltsangabe

See the death and resurrection of Christ through the eyes of those who were there! A different perspective can revolutionize our appreciation of the familiar. This is what Bill Crowder does as he examines the familiar Easter story. By looking through the windows provided by some of the people who were there—Malchus, the Centurion, Joseph of Arimathea, Mary Magdalene and the other women disciples, and the disciples on the road to Emmaus—we see and feel what they saw and felt, and learn from their responses. As we enter into the events that altered the world forever, we get what we need most—fresh perspective.

If the story of your Savior’s death and resurrection has become overly familiar, enter into the events that altered the world forever. Watch the story unfold as these men and women encountered the Christ:
• The slave in the garden of Gethsemane who received Jesus’s healing
• The disciple who betrayed Jesus’s trust
• The guard at the cross who recognized Jesus’s deity
• The man who provided Jesus’s tomb
• The women who first learned of Jesus’s resurrection
• The travelers who received Jesus’s teaching
As you experience what they saw and felt, you will learn the life-transforming lessons that they learned. You will draw closer to the One who gave himself for us.
