NO PINS - NO KIDDING! I don't always have the patience for paper-piecing, especially when it comes to assembling the sections of a block, with all those crinkly, hard-to-pin paper edges. Anita's amazing technique uses just one foundation piece and no pinning! Patches cut from templates are lightly glued in place with a fabric glue stick, then stitched and pressed. (Unlike other paper-piecing techniques, Anita's does not use oversized patches, so there's no trimming and less fabric waste.) The amazing part comes next: fold the paper on pre-printed dotted lines and stitch. When you open up the block, all the sections will match perfectly! It's easy to make all the copies you need using the book's full-sized patterns. It's easy to get addicted to the accuracy of Perfect Blocks, and with sixty to choose from, you're bound to find inspiration for your next project.--Quilter's Review.com
