A comprehensive, up-to-date survey of the meaning and evolution of biblical justice and its challenge for Christians and faith communities.
"John Heagle gives the world the radical book it desperately needs. A gentle but clear-eyed prophet, Heagle challenges us to really embrace Christ's teachings. This is a dangerous book because reading it will almost certainly change your life."ùEugene C. Kennedy, author, Cardinal Bernardin's Stations of the Cross
"This book is a spring of water rising up to refresh our spirits. John Heagle introduces us to a God of sheer gratuitous love, one concerned with the protection of the vulnerable. He invites us to dive into the strong current of the restorative justice movement sweeping the country, and leads us to appreciate the healing way of nonviolent liberation."ùTerrence Rynne, author, Gandhi and Jesus
"A profound reflection on where grace and the soul meet in the process of becoming more fully alive as we journey together in hope for the coming of God's reign of justice and peace."ùDaniel Groody, author, Globalization, Spirituality, and Justice
