Sally Griffyn has studied Ashtanga yoga in India with founder Sri Pattabhi Jois and currently practices it with one of the World's top teachers in London, Cathy Louise Broda, who also has taught such celebrites as Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow.Sally is a writer and photographer interested in spirituality and healing, and has written extensively on alternative healing subjects. She has also written three books--'Sacred Journey: Stone Circles and Pagan Paths,' 'Rites of Passage' and 'Wiccan Wisdomkeepers'--the latter of which has been published in the USA.
