Otodama: Voice from the Dead Volume 2

• Kaname Otonashi is a man who is able to hear any sound, whether it's made in the world of the living — or the dead! In this volume, Yasuhide Nagatsume (a.k.a Yasu) is the captain of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department. While investigating a serial murder case, he meets Kaname, who is known by the police department as the "Ear of the Squad." As the two men collaborate to hunt down the killer, they realize that Kaname's beautiful sister, Yui, is the killer's next target. In the meantime, as Yasu and Yui spend more time together, the two begin developing feelings for one another — but can this story really have a happy ending?
